Abstract
The understanding of the multifaceted nature of eye-movements is important in the understanding of how learning comes about. Eye-tracking technology allows for the measuring of where and how a person gazes trough a visual scene. Eye-tracking has been used in various fields of science. As eye-tracking has developed, the technology has become less invasive and more accurate and accessible. The results of these developments have also allowed for the establishment of verifying various eye movements definitions more accurately and precisely than before. Although, eye-tracking rarely has been employed within behavior analysis, it has been utilized in studying complex behavior by studying stimulus control, attending, and observing response. By expanding methodology in the study of behavior, eye-tracking could be beneficial in the development of field of behavior.
