Abstract
The event-related-potential observed 400 ms after presentation of unrelated stimulus pair compared with related is called N400. When comparing N400 in participants with autism, some experiments have demonstrated the N400, and some have not. In the current experiment, one group of adults without ASD and one group of adults with high function autism were trained on six conditional discriminations with C-stimuli as meaningful stimuli. They all conducted a priming procedure with unrelated stimuli pairs and stimulus pair related through symmetry and transitivity/equivalence.
